▍Immunologic公司产品线
● 抗体:大多数抗体是由哺乳动物产生的,例如小鼠或兔子。从这些动物身上分离出来的血液在血清中含有多克隆抗体(与同一抗原结合的多种抗体),现在可以称为抗血清。为了产生对抗原的单个表位具有特异性的抗体,从动物中分离出分泌抗体的淋巴细胞,并通过将它们与癌细胞系融合而永生化,这些融合的细胞称为杂交瘤,并且会在培养物中不断生长和分泌抗体。分离单个杂交瘤细胞产生细胞克隆,这些细胞克隆都产生相同的抗体;这些抗体称为单克隆抗体。

● 冷冻培养基及水封片剂:冷冻培养基 (CryoCompound) 是一种基于水的冷冻组织包埋培养基,旨在支持低温恒温器切片中的组织块。配方可促进快速冷冻、增强切片并在 -20°C 的工作温度下获得一致的结果。水封片剂广泛用于水溶液的盖玻片,是一种非荧光,并具有抗淬灭成分,可增加样品的观察时间。将 Aqua-Poly/Mount 与大多数荧光染料和染色剂一起使用,包括 DAB、碱性磷酸酶、Fast Red、AEC(氨基乙基脲)和各种其他显色剂,以增强和保持荧光强度。它可用于冷冻切片、脂肪染色剂、免疫组织化学和原位杂交的显色剂以及其他需要水溶性封片剂的应用。
